PLTa Advogados Associados (\u201cPLTa\u201d) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy is intended to demonstrate PLTa\u2019s compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations. PLTa complies with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation \u2013 GDPR), as well as with the national legislation in force. Furthermore, under the terms of Article 92 of the Statute of the Bar Association, personal data is also covered by the duty of professional secrecy.<\/p>

This Policy applies exclusively to the processing of personal data carried out by PLTa.<\/p>

PLTa is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of personal data, using it only for the purposes described and in accordance with the law.<\/p>

PLTa collects personal data such as:

In the event of a personal data breach, it will notify the competent authority within 72 hours, when legally required. 9. Subcontracting<\/strong>
If PLTa uses third parties for data processing, it will only do so with guarantees of full compliance with the applicable rules.<\/p>

PLTa may update this Privacy Policy at any time, which changes being duly communicated via the website. Please note that, in certain cases, the data subject\u2019s request may not be immediately satisfied, namely when there are legal obligations that require the retention of data.
